SBDC StartSmart™ provides the resources, support, and motivation to put your dream within reach. In just 8 three-hour sessions, learn to plan and analyze your vision by creating a thoroughly researched and tested business plan. All sessions are led by experienced SBDC facilitators who help create a unique and powerful learning experience. StartSmart™ provides the tools to: • Evaluate your concept and develop plans to move forward. • Acquire a working knowledge of business fundamentals. • Build an infrastructure for business operations and processes. StartSmart™ graduates acquire: • An actionable business plan. • Access to financial and business resources. • A network of entrepreneurial peers and professionals. SBDC StartSmart™ covers these important topics in eight high-energy, interactive modules: January 19 - Foundations for a Successful Business January 26 - Marketing Analysis & Research February 2 - Capturing the Market February 9 - Efficient Operations February 16 - Financial Foundations February 23 - Financial Plan March 2 - Bringing it All Together March 9 - Implementing and Presenting the Plan Tuition: $125 (Includes all 8 modules, food and workbooks) Registration & Payment Deadline: Wednesday, January 18, 2017; 12:00pm (Registration is not complete until payment is made.) **Please note that there is a mandatory orientation held on Thursday, January 12th, 2017 from 5:30pm - 6:30pm!** CED 107 Refund Policy: A full refund will be given if requested 24 hours prior to the start of the seminar/workshop. If the event is cancelled, all fees will be returned.
